I have a confession.
Been doing this most of my life.
Almost everyday.
I take a quick power nap.
Usually 20 minutes or less.  Nearly every day.  Sometimes 4 minutes or 6.
I got this awesome habit from my father.  He naps daily.  Been doing it for as long as I can remember.
