Keep this formula in front of you everyday. It is best to think of these as daily objectives or intentions, not goals. This takes the pressure off yourself to get them done. Think of these like you do of brushing your teeth; just something you do as part of your regular day. If you set these as goals, life gets in the way, and you will disappoint yourself at the end of the day for not accomplishing them. I owe credit for these ideas to two of my mentors Bob Proctor and John Allen Mollenhauer.
Follow this formula every day:
1. Wake up with gratitude.
2. Move everyday-stretch, lift heavy stuff, walk, yoga, aerobics.
3. Nourish the body, mind, and soul.
4. Connect with people.
5. Move forward-on a goal, objective, project.
