Are you ready for an easier life?

Dear Friend,

7 years ago I quit my safe and secure job to face the unknown.  I moved across the country to open a private psychology practice with virtually no contacts or connections.  I was a nobody coming to town.

My old job had me so stressed out that I was having all kinds of physical symptoms along with daily anxiety and worry.  My headaches were so bad I had to have a CT scan.  Please! Psychologists are supposed to know better, right?

I had no purpose in life other than survival.  No, I wasn't going to be homeless, but I went from making good money to zero money.  Not good.

Everyday was an adventure.  I'd try and make connections and do some marketing.  Mostly I worried about making money.  Forget taking care of my health.  I had been playing tennis regularly and mostly dropped that.

I had tons of goals, but they were all over the place.  No coherent game plan or direction.  Just 18 different directions with 18 different goals.

This state of being led me to a sense of lack, a sense of never being satisfied.  I didn't appreciate what I had.  I didn't appreciate even when I was making progress.

Ultimately, my self-confidence took a huge blow.  It fell from being high when I moved to a pretty low point after a few years.

Meanwhile, 90% of my belongings were in storage for 3 years.  The original plan was two months, but that’s life.  I kept buying things I knew I had already, but couldn't get to them or couldn't find them in my messy storage locker.  Talk about frustration and embarrassment.

That was 7 years ago.

I have learned a few things since then.

How about you?

Is your life turning out the way you imagined?

How are your stress levels these days?

How is your mental and physical health?

Life a bit more challenging than you thought it would be?  Between house payments, car payments, work issues, home issues, family issues, running the kids (if you have them) all over town, do you have any breathing room for YOU?  Probably not.

Do you walk around with feelings of frustration, resignation, disappointment, anxiety or even fear?

Do you feel satisfied and fulfilled with your life?  Do you live a life on your purpose?

Are you accomplishing your goals or feeling more like a failure here?

Don't you wish life were just easier?

We like to complicate life and make it difficult.  People are very creative when it comes to taking what should be a good, basic model for daily living and screwing it up royally.  The ways they make life hard are almost endless. Here is a partial list of how we like to make life hard:

*Telling ourselves a BS story that keeps us from success and an easier life.

*Bringing negativity into their world through people, TV, internet and gossip.

*Staying in negative relationships.

*Not taking care of themselves in body, mind or spirit.

*Cluttered minds and spaces.

*Crappy time management-overshscheduled, spending time on the wrong things.

*Poor money management-buying too much junk that you don't truly need, which leads to more clutter.

*Having no sense of purpose.

*Not giving gratitude for what you have.

*Walking around with low self-confidence.

*Always trying to balance life and work.

Well, I found a better way. I learned to live an easier life through mistakes, failures and persistence.  I hired life coaches and business coaches and mentored with the best self-help gurus in the business.

I cut my stress levels by 90% and got rid of all my physical symptoms that kept sending me to the doctor.  I got rid of overwhelm and learned to simplify my life.

I figured out how to live an easier life.  And I want you to enjoy an easier life.  I'd prefer you didn't go through the mistakes and failures I made.  I'd prefer it be easier for you.

Rather than doing this on your own, put an experienced guide on the path with you.  If you've never had a coach before, you are in for a treat.   Most people, once they start coaching, love it.  You are putting a great combination of psychologist and life coach in your corner.

Unlike most coaches, I have the training and experience as a practicing licensed psychologist.

I can help make your life easier.  With my expert coaching and your commitment to an easier life, you will feel better.  You will feel less stressed, less anxious, and less worried.

Imagine waking up to your easier life where you are on purpose and give gratitude daily.  Your work and office space are organized allowing you to move forward on your daily goals.  You work at your most creative time during the day.  You give up the notion of achieving a perfect work life balance and walk the planet with total confidence.

Imagine.

When you get down to it, life can be easy.
